INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR RETURN

How much time do I have to return my order?

You can return your order for free within 30 days of receiving the product. Please keep in mind that items can only be returned in new condition and in the original packaging.

How do I organize my return?

Add you contact information and a copy of your invoice to the package’s contents. This way we can easily match your returned item to your order. To protect the environment, it would be best if you returned your order in the box it came in.

How do I ship the returned item?

Returns from Germany are free! We pay the shipping costs for your return. That is why it is important that you return your items through our DHL Retoure portal: Please click here.

How can I exchange an item?

We follow the return and re-order principle when it comes to exchanging an item. This includes returning your item, getting your money back and re-ordering the same product again in the colour or size you want. All we request is that the item is returned within 30 days of purchasing in new condition and in its original packaging.

How long will it take to process my return?

It will take around 3-5 days until your item arrives in our warehouse.
Afterwards it will be processed withing 48 days.

Can I hand my return to the postal carrier directly?

Yes! You are waiting for another order from your postal carrier? Just hand him your return instead of going to the shop or postal service yourself. The postal carrier will accept your package.

Can I combine multiple return in a single package?

Yes. Make sure to include the delivery slip for every order (they are included in your original package).

Is it possible to return an item after the return period?

You want to return an item from our online shop after the return period, because it does not live up to quality standards (faulty/damaged)? Please contact our customer service.

When do I get my money back?

We will process your return as soon as it arrives at our warehouse. After we authorized the refund, it must be processed by your bank. The amount of time this takes depends on your bank and original payment method.

 

WARRENTY INFORMATION

We thank you for your order of the Modeka product.

We have strict quality standards for Modeka products. If you are noticing any material or manufacturing defects on a product you bought in our online shop or at a vendor, we will fix or replace it free of charge within the warranty period. In order to clarify a warranty claim, you will need the purchase receipt. Please contact the store where you bought the product with it.

The warranty period is 24 months. The warranty period starts with the purchase by the initial buyer. This is based on the date of your original receipt.

This warranty excludes damage caused by crashes, improper use, normal wear and tear, fire, sharp edges, and fading of colours caused by prolonged exposure to UV rays. We are aware that these damages can happen and guarantee a professional repair service at fair prices so you can enjoy your Modeka products for as long as possible.
