Modeka uses a clever cuff design that combines an inner sleeve – similar to a glove gauntlet – with an outer sleeve that opens wide via zipper and Velcro. This labyrinth is both wind- and waterproof. The comfortably cozy Paneo LT is one of the few jackets that comes with a liner which doubles as a fully functional casual jacket. Everything works as it should – from the zippers to the adjustment straps. The price for this well-balanced package is highly attractive.”
